Congress leader Bijay Patnaik criticized the BJD-BJP alliance in the state.

Bhubaneswar, 15/2, (Utkalnews7): Congress leader Bijay Patnaik criticized Ashwini Vaishnab for the Rajya Sabha candidate. In a press conference, Vijay said that it is no surprise to me that BJD will support. Actually, BJD is the same as BJP. Earlier too Ashwini Vaishnav went to Parliament in BJD Sarmatan. BJD supported BJP during Manipur riots. The BJP party is also silent without being arrested by the CBI for keeping information against the BJD leaders. CBI has not arrested anyone even in the case of chit fund. In other states, however, the CBI is very active and is arresting the Chief Minister as well. BJP Ashwini told Vaishnav that the interests of the state, no matter who is at the center, he is bound to give the dues of our state as a minister. They are obliged to do so throughout India. No one is showing mercy to Odisha. Starting from Dhamendra Pradhan, there are many ministers who have been supported by BJP. Even during the UPA period, why did the BJP not show support or did they not give any support, Bijay asked. The BJD supremo today once again proved that the BJD-BJP is one, which is good news for the Congress. Therefore, the alternative Congress of BJD is not the Congress for the people. Therefore, Bijay has strongly expressed that the year 2024 will be the year of Congress in Odisha. Congress is an ocean. Taking 2 buckets of water from the sea, this sea will not be happy.
