Unidentified vehicle collision kills uncle and nephew.

Kalahandi,27/04 : A tragic incident occurred at Budhipadar Chhak under Junagarh police station in Kalahandi district. Two lives were lost prematurely. Two people died in the accident. An uncle and his nephew died after being hit by a pickup vehicle. The deceased have been identified as Mukesh Nag (18) of Chikili village in Junagarh block and Mahendra Naik (13) of Matigaon. While they were heading towards Junagarh on a bike bearing number OD08V 7112, an unidentified pickup vehicle hit them at Budhipadar Chhak. As a result, both died on the spot. Meanwhile, the pickup vehicle that caused the accident reportedly fled from the scene. After receiving information, Junagarh police have started an investigation. The bodies have been recovered and sent for post-mortem. On the other hand, a pall of grief has descended on the family after the news reached them.
