New Delhi:The picture of the diplomatic equation among India, Russia and China has emerged at the ongoing BRICS Summit in the capital Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has shared a photo of himself shaking hands with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and Indonesian Prime Minister Prabowo Subianto are also seen in this photo. Modi wrote, “The BRICS Summit 2026 begins in Delhi.” Along with various bilateral meetings, important discussions have also been held at the summit on the role of the Global South.Before this, similar cordial moments among the three leaders were also seen at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) summit held in Bishkek at the beginning of this month. This photo has now emerged at a time when India is hosting the BRICS Summit amid geopolitical tensions. Therefore, the message of public unity from these three world leaders is being considered important.
