Metro will come in a new form: Urban Development Minister.

Bhubaneswar : The government has taken a U-turn again, the metro will come in a new form. The Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra give this information today. He said that a metro plan has been made connecting Puri, Bhubaneswar, and Cuttack. This will contribute to all kinds of economic growth in the state. We are not against the metro; the government wants to implement it. We have not stopped the metro, only kept it on hold. The necessary processes for the metro are ongoing. If the metro is built without creating alternative routes, people will suffer. The minister said that alternative roads and support from the central government are necessary for the metro.
